Cancellation & No show  Policy..

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an 50% administration fee of the late cancelled booking..

Booking Policy..

A colour consultation is required for any new colour clients here at Jones & Co Salon. once you have had this appointment, we can then go ahead a make your colour booking, at this time we will require a 50% booking fee of the appointment, this is to secure your booking, The booking fee will be deducted from the end total of your bill at checkout. A patch test is also required 48 hours prior to your appointment. Client Card details are held anonymously & processed securely through stripe. Neither Slick or Jones & Co staff have access to card details for security reasons..
